The present investigation entitled "The application of financial analysis and decision making in the tap "el Gato" province of Canas - Cusco, period 2018 - 2020" whose main objective was to describe the application of financial analysis and decision making. decisions in the tap "El Gato" province of Canas - Cusco for the period 2018 - 2020. Regarding the methodology of the investigation, it was basic level; approach, quantitative; design, not experimental; scope, descriptive. The population to be used were considered financial documents (statement of financial position; income statement) and 03 people (01 manager, 01 accountant, 01 administrator); A sampling technique was not applied, therefore it was not probabilistic. The study techniques were: Worksheets and (01) questionnaire of 29 questions. The present study concludes that through the application of the financial analysis according to the percentage and comparative analysis, it was "favorable" since in said procedures it is defined that by 2020, the assets decreased their value by 2.06%; liabilities decreased to 13.30%; equity increased its value by 4.66% (See table 75-76). Likewise, through the application of financial ratios, it is defined that the company does not present problems of liquidity, management, indebtedness and, for the most part, the results were "acceptable" and "optimal". However, the results were "insufficient" in its profitability, in terms of its decision-making it was categorized as "good" since the programmed decision-making resulted in a "very good" status and the non-scheduled decisions a "very good" status.
