The present research work aims to determine the production costs and the modalities in the commercialization of furniture of Wood of the Penitentiary Establishment of Quencoro Men of the city of Cusco, Period 2015. The general hypothesis establishes that the costs of production of wooden furniture of the Penitentiary Establishment of Quencoro Men of the city of Cusco, are empirically identified generating an inadequate commercialization. In the development of the research, a quantitative approach has been applied, based on the numerical measurement and statistical analysis of the Carpentry Workshop of the Cusco Penitentiary Establishment, whose research design is non experimental and descriptive in character, because describe the activities of production of wooden furniture from the purchase of the raw material to its commercialization. The thesis consists of five chapters: Chapter I, refers to the description of problematic reality, formulation of problems, justification and general and specific objectives. Chapter II, Theoretical Framework, where concepts related to theories, hypotheses and variables are developed. Chapter III, Methodological Design, encloses the methodology used, techniques of data collection population and sample. Chapter IV. Results, the results have been obtained through the data processing, with the corresponding tables and graphs. Chapter V. Discussion, where they contrast, theories with the results obtained. Finally, it is concluded that in the Carpentry Workshop of the Men's Penitentiary Establishment in Cusco, the production costs of wooden furniture are determined empirically and anti-technically, directly affecting the establishment of prices and marketing, mainly due to ignorance By the inmates in correctly applying production costs without following an adequate cost structure, this is due to the incipient level of education of inmates, lack of training by INPE and other factors such a sun favorable conditions of The physical environments of the workshop, which have caused overcrowding and disorganization within it.
