Abstract: La presente investigación tiene por objetivo evaluar la estabilidad física de la desmontera Santa
María, componente perteneciente a Compañía Minera Poderosa S.A., ubicada en la Unidad de
Producción Santa María, Pataz, La Libertad.
Mediante los métodos de Spencer y Morgenstern Price, se han realizados los análisis de
estabilidad para el periodo de estudio comprendido entre los meses de enero a junio del 2022,
usando los reportes técnicos de la compañía para la obtención de la data requerida en el
procesamiento y análisis.
Para el análisis de la desmontera, se han establecido tres secciones tipo de este componente, los
cuales serán analizados durante 6 meses, teniendo en cuenta la caracterización geotécnica del
desmonte de mina depositado en este y la topografía mensual, tanto para el análisis estático y
pseudoestático.
Luego del procesamiento y análisis se obtuvieron factores de seguridad en ambos métodos de
estabilidad usados, que cumplen con los criterios de diseño establecidos y concluyendo que este
componente es estable.
The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the physical stability of the Santa María mine, a component belonging to Compañía Minera Poderosa S.A., located in the Santa María Production Unit, Pataz, La Libertad.
