Responsabilidad social empresarial en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito Santo Domingo de Guzmán de la ciudad del Cusco, 2017.

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar y describir como se presenta la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (Valores, transparencia y gobernación, Público interno, Proveedores, Consumidores y clientes, Medio ambiente, Comunidad , Gobierno y sociedad) en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Santo Domingo de Guzmán de la ciudad del Cusco, 2017. La presente investigación es descriptiva de tipo no experimental. Fueron evaluados 150 colaboradores de la Cooperativa. Primero, se procedió con la validación del instrumento, adaptado a la realidad peruana y contexto social ya que no existía uno. Segundo, se procedió con la aplicación del mismo a la población total. Las frecuencias halladas nos indican que existe una baja Responsabilidad social empresarial en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Santo Domingo de Guzmán de la ciudad del Cusco. También en las dimensiones de público interno, consumidores y clientes, medio ambiente, comunidad, gobierno y sociedad tienen resultados bajos; las dimensiones de valores, transparencia y gobernación, además de comunidad tienen resultados moderados. Finalmente, se propusieron recomendaciones.

The objective of this study was to identify and describe how Corporate Social Responsibility (Securities, transparency and governance, Internal Audience, Suppliers, Consumers and clients, Environment, Community, Government and society) is presented at the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Santo Domingo de Guzmán, 2017. The present investigation is descriptive of nonexperimental type.

150 employees of the Cooperative were evaluated. First, we proceeded with the validation of the instrument, adapted to the peruvian reality and social contex since there was not one. Second, we proceeded with the application of this investigation to the total population. The frequencies found indicate that there is a low corporate social responsibility at Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Santo Domingo de Guzmán . Moreover, the dimensions of internal public, consumers and customers, environment, community, government and society got low results; the dimensions of values, transparency and governance, as well as community got moderate results. Finally, recommendations were proposed.
