In the present thesis work is described the relation of “The administrative management and the labor performance of the workers in the Puerto Maldonado office in the Rainforest Expeditions SAC 2017 Company. The structure of the present work includes: approach to the problem, theoretical framework, methodology, results and conclusions of the Research. This study will be conceptually delimited in the following way: The variable administrative management and its dimensions: planning, organization, direction and control, and the variable work performance with its dimensions: motivation, job satisfaction and productivity. The present work is mainly defined as being of non-experimental type with a crosssectional descriptive correlational design. For data collection, the questionnaire was used as the only instrument, the data collected were validated by Cronbach's alpha statistical test, obtaining as a result an index of 0.715 for the Administrative Management variable and 0, 837 for the labor performance variable, which indicates a high reliability of the instrument. In the population and the sample comprised all the workers, a total of 32 that work in the Puerto Maldonado office in the Rainforest Expeditions company, as results it has been determined the existence of a significant correlation between the study variables, obtaining a correlation coefficient of Pearson's R equals 0.738 equivalent to a high positive correlation between both variables.
