The objective of this research: To determine the prevalence of malocclusions according Angle in adolescents 12 to 16 years in School “DIDASKALIO San José Obrero“ of Cusco, April 2015. Methods: The sample consisted of 209 adolescents (98 females and 111 males) from 12 to 16 years old who were evaluated according to the specific record for the research, which referred all related aspects with the variables involved. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statesman. Results: In the field work carried out it was found that a higher percentage have malocclusions (93.3%). The prevalence of malocclusions according to age shows that at age 12 the highest prevalence (10.5%) in the type of class I malocclusion, presented the lowest percentage at 16 (1.4%) in class III malocclusion. Regarding sex, it is concluded that it is most likely males to those with class I (21.5%) and the lowest percentage in males to those with class III (7.2%). In relation to the anatomic variants of dental crowding most often it found. Then in relation to the anatomic variants arcade having anomalies prevails lower arch and finally variations in anatomical abnormalities profile having predominance in the anteroposterior profile occurs. Increased frequency of dental crowding was determined. Then in relation to the anatomic variants arcade having anomalies prevails lower arch and finally variations in anatomical abnormalities profile having predominance in the anteroposterior profile occurs. It was determined that it is most likely males to those with class II - I and in relation to the class II - II there is predominance in females. It was determined that the highest prevalence of class II - I corresponds to the age of 14 and in relation to the class II - II there is a greater prevalence at 13 years old. Conclusions: The prevalence of dental malocclusion is higher.
