The objective of this research work is to evaluate a Pavement Management System on the Izcuchaca – Cruzpata road located between the provinces of Anta and Urubamba, using the HDM-4 software (Highway Development Management Series). This research has: "Quantitative" approach since it is based on numerical and statistical measurement, "Descriptive" level of research because it represents the structure of the phenomenon and its dynamics to identify relevant aspects of reality, "Hypothetical Deductive" research method ” since theories of the surface state of the pavement are made to establish hypotheses and corroborate these through measurements, give deductive answers and establish conclusions, in turn the methodological design is “Non-experimental” since no stimuli or treatments are administered. The Izcuchaca – Cruzpata section is a departmental road in the Cusco region, a large part of the road in question is made of flexible pavement; data information necessary for the processing of the HDM-4 software was determined and/or collected, the data was obtained by performing topographical surveys with the equialtimeter level or engineer level, which resulted in the percentage of slopes, lengths and curvature of the road Thus, the vehicle count of the road was also carried out, obtaining the % of CBR, geometric data of the Izcuchaca-Cruzpata road, these mentioned data were entered and processed in the HDM-4 software. Based on the results, the following conclusions were reached: The use of the HDM-4 software is the improvement of decision making, of which the projection of 30 years was carried out, having an IMDA in 30 years will be 1831 vehicles that transit through the present way, in turn that the best maintenance proposal to have an excellent condition of the flexible pavement rolling layer, is the routine maintenance proposal carried out once a year and the application of the asphalt slurry in the years 2025, 2037 and 2048. It was found that the road is of the Rough type as it presents slopes within the average range of 6% and 8%. The road in question is third class as it has an IMDA of 412 vehicles that travel per day. It is mentioned that the road has an average range CBR of 10% and 20%. The pavement design that was obtained complies with the necessary parameters for the determination of the thickness of the rolling layer.
