The present research work entitled “Causes that generate the crime of femicide and attempt in Quillabamba, Santa Ana district, La Convención province, period 2017-2018“, has the purpose of opting for the bachelor's degree. Through this investigation, the aim was to resolve what are the causes that lead to committing the crime of feminicide, in the same way in the degree of attempt registered in the city of Quillabamba, ¿Santa Ana district, La Convención province? The objective is to determine the causes that lead to committing the crime of feminicide in the same way in the degree of attempt registered in the city of Quillabamba, Santa Ana district, La Convención province. On the other hand, we worked with the variables, crime of feminicide as an independent variable and the dependent variable, feminicide in the tentative modality, being the hypothesis that the causes that lead to committing the feminicide crime, as in the modality in the degree of attempt registered in the city of Quillabamba, Santa Ana district, La Convención province, is due to the jealousy of the couple, the distrust of one of them, the harassment of sexual harassment, machismo, family violence despite having rigorous legislation contemplated in art. 108-B of the penal code has failed to minimize. The questionnaire addressed to women and the Public Ministry was used as instruments, being the sample that 30 women worked, 3 prosecutors, who responded with closed answers. The type of research was descriptible, whose design was not experimental. It was concluded that most women censor all types of violence from their partner and that they were not free from its psychological and physical effects, that they were often forced to develop the same attitude as the victimizer. And for its part that the Public Ministry does not have proper logistics, and in turn bureaucratization brings the delay of streamlining cases of the crime of femicide.
