In the present research work entitled LIFESTYLES RELATED TO THE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OF PATIENTS THAT COME TO THE HEALTH CENTER OF SAYLLA, CUSCO - 2017, the main objective is to determine the relationship of lifestyles with high blood pressure of patients who come to the Health Center Saylla, Cusco - 2017 from the City of Cusco province of Cusco. The study method was correlational, cross-sectional with a probabilistic sampling of 60 patients. The instrument was used as a questionnaire on lifestyles for the prevention of arterial hypertension in the patients who were part of the study where the objectives proposed with following results: 56.7% of patients are aged 41 to 60 years, 58.3% are female, 53.3% have primary education, 30.0% are housewives, 43.3% are from Saylla, and 48.3% They are cohabitants. Lifestyles for the prevention of hypertension, 46.7% of patients consume their foods rich in fat, 65.0% consume daily fried foods, 63.3% of patients consume alcoholic beverages, 50.0% perform physical activity occasionally, 51.7% consume coffee of 4 to more times per day, 63.3% of patients control their weekly blood pressure, 56.7% seek help in a health center, 83.3% of patients are in primary hypertension
