In the present thesis “Regulation of the right to labor disconnection of workers, as a guarantee of the protection of fundamental human right”, proposal to protect the right of labour disconnection of workers, as a guarantee of fundamental right of these. With the advancement of technology, new communication tols are presented in the workplace these tols present a risk for workers because there is a limitation in the use of these technologies, because it is violating rights fundamental healthe problems such as stress, burnout syndrome of professional burnout. The lack of limitation to these new technologies result in prolonged exposure of people to stress, and results in inefficiency and worse still, in diseases such as chronic fatigue. Likewise, it has been a thesis with a qualitative approach because it addresses its conclusions in the analysis and argumentation based on the information that was gathered, with a type of proactive dogmatic study because the study was oriented towards the elaboration of a normative proposal to solve the problem. The conclusion reached from the present thesis was the need to regulate the right to work disconnection in Peru, since the worker has the right to daily, weekly, monthly, holiday rest as well as the protection of rights of health, the intimacy of personal and family life setting the modalities of how to work the disconnection of work. The conclusion reached from this was the clear need for the regulation of the right to work disconnection in Peru since the worker has the right to daily, weekly, monthly, holiday rest as well as the protection of health rights, the intimacy of personal and family life.
