Mejora de la gestión de inventario del almacén de gasfitería de una empresa concesionaria de la Unidad Minera “Las Bambas”Apurimac-2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo por objetivo Mejorar la Gestión de Inventario del Almacén de Gasfitería de una Empresa concesionaria de la Unidad Minera “Las Bambas” ubicada en Apurímac, Perú. En ese sentido, se realizó un análisis de los procesos que se llevan a cabo con la empresa encargada de la custodia del almacén de gasfitería, bajo la herramienta de clasificación ABC. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada con un nivel descriptivo de enfoque cuantitativo con diseño no experimental; la unidad de análisis fueron los 326 ítems presentes en el almacén de gasfitería, con los cuales se hizo el estudio de planificación, organización y control de inventario de gasfitería. La población y muestra estuvieron constituidos por los 326 ítems que conformaban el almacen de gasfitería de la Unidad minera Las Bambas, los instrumentos fueron la encuesta y la ficha de observación los cuales sirvieron para la recolección de datos de la empresa. El análisis de los procesos considerados dentro de la gestión de inventarios del almacén de gasfitería fue desarrollado con la herramienta de Clasificación ABC, y en adelante se sugirieron otros indicadores de planificación, organización y control de inventarios. El resultado obtenido respecto a la gestión de inventarios del almacén de gasfitería se realizó a través de la planificación de inventarios incremento en un 34.29%, en organización de inventarios incremento en un 26.66% y en control de inventarios se muestra un incremento de un 30% logrado por la adecuada implementación de las herramientas de la gestión de inventarios.

The objective of this research work was to improve the inventory management of the plumbing warehouse of a concessionaire company of the "Las Bambas" mining unit located in Apurimac, Peru. In this sense, an analysis of the processes that are carried out with the company in charge of the custody of the plumbing warehouse was carried out under the ABC classification tool. The type of research was applied with a descriptive level of quantitative approach with a non-experimental design; the unit of analysis were the 326 items present in the plumbing warehouse, with which the study of planning, organization and inventory control of plumbing inventory was carried out. The population and sample consisted of the 326 items that made up the Las Bambas mining unit's plumbing warehouse; the instruments were the survey and the observation sheet, which were used to collect data from the company. The analysis of the processes considered within the inventory management of the plumbing warehouse were developed with the ABC Classification tool, and other inventory planning, organization and control indicators were suggested. The result obtained from the implementation of inventory management in the plumbing warehouse through inventory planning increased by 34.29%, in inventory organization increased by 26.66% and in inventory control there was an increase of 30% due to the proper implementation of inventory management tools.
