This research has been developed in the service provider company SedaCusco limited company and its main objective is to describe customer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic in that company. Considering that the satisfaction perceived by a customer may vary according to the type of service or product offered by a company or the situation in which the company finds itself. The methodology used was of a quantitative approach, with a design of the non experimental research that is to say that it was carried out without the deliberate manipulation of the variable, it was also of descriptive scope. The data collection was carried out with a population of 88714, representing each water meter installation in five districts and one province of Cusco, which are: the district of Cusco, Santiago, Wánchaq, San Sebastián, San Jerónimo; with a sample of 380 people to whom a questionnaire of 32 questions. According to the results of the research, the company does not achieve customer satisfaction in the areas of average waiting time, complaints and compliance with delivery times; however, in relation to defects in service, the results show a moderately satisfied customer, especially with the company's compliance in the continuity of service during this global health emergency. In this context, the conclusions reached are mainly the manifest dissatisfaction of customers in relation to the waiting time for attention and response both via telephone, online and the occasions of physical attention; the claims in the same way, have expressed the dissatisfaction of many. In addition to the effect of the strict quarantine that we suffered due to the increase of COVID infections, in the compliance of attention deadlines and disregard of claims, but, nevertheless, many of the clients recognized the hard work of the continuity of the service during this health emergency.
