The general objective of the research is to "Establish the level of relationship between informal brick activity and the violation of the right to live in a balanced and appropriate environment for the development of life in the district of San Jerónimo del Cusco", in this context the research It is necessary because in our country, although it is true that necessary measures have been adopted, as well as the implementation of environmental legislation, however, the impacts caused by activities such as brick kilns have not been mitigated, and this activity has increased informal as the years go by. Therefore, this research serves to publicize the problem and its growth that has arisen because of the brickyards, where the gaps that may exist in environmental legislation are appreciated, which do not allow the enjoyment of a balanced and adequate environment established in paragraph 2 of article 22 of the Constitution. Likewise, in the research a quantitative approach is applied, for this reason the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The type of research is descriptive to the extent that information has been collected on how informal brick activity is related to the quality of life of people in the district of San Jerónimo. The main conclusion reached is that the variables Informal brick-making activity and violation of the right to live in a balanced and appropriate environment for the development of life are strongly related to a Spearman correlation coefficient of .802, likewise, the bilateral significance is less than 0.001, therefore the null hypothesis is rejected and affirms with a confidence level of 95% that the informal brick-making activity is significantly related to the violation of the right to live in a balanced and appropriate environment for the development of life in the district of San Jerónimo del Cusco.
