La motivación y clima laboral en trabajadores de una empresa de comercialización masiva de productos de Cusco, 2019

Abstract

El estudio consideró tener como objetivo establecer la correspondencia entre el nivel de motivación y el nivel de clima laboral, se trabajó con la población y muestra de 151 trabajadores entre varones y mujeres. El tipo de la investigación fue no experimental transversal de tipo descriptivo correlacional. Para recaudar los datos se empleó la Escala De Motivación Laboral (R-Maws) y Clima Laboral (Cl-SPC). El procesamiento de los resultados se hizo mediante la prueba de correlación de Pearson. Los resultados muestran el nivel de significación estándar de 0.05, encontrándose correlación en dichas variables encontrando relación importante entre motivación y el clima laboral.

The objective of the invetigation was determinated for the correspondence between the standar of motivation plus the level of the work environment. We worked with a population and a shows of 151 workers, conformed by men and women. The prepared of the research was cross-sectional descriptive non-experimental correlational. For data collection, the Work Motivation Scale (R-Maws) and Work Climate (Cl-SPC) were used. The tratment of the results was made through the Pearson correlation test. The results show a standard significance level of 0.05, finding a relationship between these variables, finding a significant relationship between job environment and work motivation.
