Percepción de la función de dirección de los trabajadores en los restaurantes de comida china del Centro Histórico de la ciudad del Cusco 2015.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Percepción de la función de dirección de los trabajadores en los restaurantes de comida china del centro histórico de la ciudad del Cusco, 2015”, tiene como objetivo general conocer la percepción de la función de dirección de los trabajadores. El nivel de estudio es descriptivo, el tipo de investigación es básica y sustantiva, con un diseño no experimental y transeccional descriptivo; la población en estudio estuvo constituida por 150 trabajadores de los restaurantes de comida china ubicadas en el centro histórico, obteniéndose una muestra de 108 trabajadores, las técnica utilizadas fueron la encuesta, observación y entrevista, y los instrumentos el cuestionario, guía de observación, medios de observación y guía de entrevista, los mismos que fueron procesados en los programas de cálculo de Excel y SPSS. En los restaurantes de comida china del centro histórico de la ciudad del Cusco, se determinó que el 16.70% de los trabajadores afirman que el ejercicio de la función de dirección es buena, por otra parte el 50.39% de los trabajadores señalan que la función de dirección es regular y el 32.92% de los trabajadores indicaron como mala la función de dirección; la cual se analizó desde los indicadores de liderazgo, motivación, trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones y la integración.

The present research work entitled “Perception of the function of direction of theworkpeople in the restaurants of Chinese meal of the historical center of the city of theCusco, 2015”, takes as a general target to know the perception of the function of direction of the workpeople. The study level is descriptive, the type of investigation is basic andsubstantive, with not experimental design and transeccional descriptively; the population istudy was constituted by 150 workers of the restaurants of Chinese meal located in thhistorical center, a sample of 108 workers being obtained, skill used there were the surveobservation and interview, and the instruments the questionnaire, guide of observation, means of observation and guide of interview, the same ones that were processed in the programs of calculation of Excel and SPSS. In the restaurants of Chinese meal of thehistorical center of the city of the Cusco, one determined that 16.70 % of the workpeopleaffirms that the exercise of the function of direction is good, on the other hand 50.39 % the workpeople points out that the direction function is regular and 32.92 % of the workpeople indicated as bad the direction function; which was analyzed from the indicators of leadership, motivation, work in team, decision making and the integration.
