Implementación del sistema de control interno y su repercusión en la gestión administrativa en la Municipalidad Distrital de Tinta – 2022.

Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación se hizo para analizar de qué manera, la implementación del Sistema de Control Interno establecido en la Directiva N°006-2019-CG/INTEG, influye en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Tinta - Canchis 2022. El cual tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, de diseño descriptivo. Conformada con una muestra de 60 trabajadores municipales (servidores y funcionarios) de la Municipalidad Distrital de Tinta – Canchis, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y la revisión normativa y el instrumento fue el cuestionario, aplicando un diseño no experimental, en el cual participaron los 60 trabajadores municipales (servidores y funcionarios).

Determinando en los resultados la relación e importancia de la Implementación del sistema de control interno con respecto a la gestión administrativa, en donde se logró llegar al siguiente hallazgo; como 𝑝 = 0.000 < 0.05, en la prueba Chi – cuadrada, con la cual se afirma la estrecha relación significativa entre el sistema de control Interno y la dirección en la Municipalidad Distrital de Tinta, 2022, evidenciando que el grado de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es positiva alta con 𝑟 = 0.758. Por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.

The main objective of this research work was to analyze how the implementation of the Internal Control System established in Directive N°006-2019-CG/INTEG influences the administrative management of the District Municipality of Tinta - Canchis . 2022. Which had a quantitative, non-experimental approach, with a descriptive design. Made up of a sample of 60 municipal workers (servants and civil servants) of the District Municipality of Tinta – Canchis, the technique used was the survey and regulatory review and the instrument was the questionnaire, applying a non-experimental design, in which the 60 municipal workers (servants and civil servants). Determining in the results the relationship and importance of the Implementation of the internal control system with respect to administrative management, where the following finding was achieved; as 𝑝 = 0.000 < 0.05, in the Chi – square test, with which the close significant relationship between the Internal control system and the management in the District Municipality of Tinta, 2022 is affirmed, evidencing that the degree of relationship through weighting Spearman's test is high positive with 𝑟 = 0.758. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.
