This research work addresses the problem of How does accounting expertise contribute to the criminal proceedings of the Public Ministry of Madre de Dios, 2022? The general objective was to describe how accounting expertise contributes to the criminal proceedings of the Public Ministry of Madre de Dios, 2022. For this study, it was carried out in the public ministry fiscal district of Madre de Dios where the descriptive scope with a non-experimental research design was used, the study sample was 3 experts and 5 prosecutors from the FPCEDCFF. According to the results obtained, the respondents consider that accounting expertise should be carried out in all criminal proceedings so that the way in which crimes were incurred can be established since in most cases they are crimes of embezzlement. where it directly affects the state. Concluding Accounting expertise contributes as part of the evidence in the criminal proceedings of the Public Ministry of Madre de Dios, 2022. Thus, according to table 24, it is clear that the most emblematic cases have been resolved and substantiated through accounting expertise, such as criminal proceedings of the regional government and municipalities, these being cases of embezzlement and that they have been resolved based on the report as a basis for analysis. expert.
