The present research work attempts to find out the impact of the computer aided memorization techniques in Andina University of Cusco's students in English language learning. It has been hypothesized: the computer aided memorization techniques can significantly improve the Andina University of Cusco’s students’ English language learning. The study population were Andina University of Cusco’s students between attendants and not attendants to its language center, with a basic English level domain. A performance test was taken of the mentioned language, performed using a control-test and study-test design, splitting up the population of 60 students into a control and an experimental group. Also, the control group’s current state was analyzed, using the indicators that affect the language learning; and memorization software was used for the experimental group’s English language learning. The results show that not-aided computer language learning is not convenient in all of the assessed criteria, because half of the control group (50%) got low scores in vocabulary (67% failed) and communication (63% failed), and good scores on reading (60% passed) and grammar (67% passed); against the computer aided language learning results, where most of the experimental group (80%) surpassed the previous results in vocabulary (77% passed) and reading (73% passed). It’s necessary to point out that the control group on the control-test got a score of 14 out of 20 on average, while the experimental group on the studytest got scores greater than 15 (based on hypothesis testing). It was concluded that computer aided memorization techniques applied to the English language learning can improve the student’s performance, specifically in criteria such as vocabulary and reading, and it could be an alternative and useful tool that can be used in parallel when the student is learning through not-aided methods.
