Abstract: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general describir el nivel de satisfacción
laboral de los colaboradores en la Empresa Granjas Amazónicas S.A.C en el año 2021, con una
metodología de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel o alcance descriptivo y diseño no
experimental, con la consignación de una población de 148 colaboradores de la empresa y una
muestra determinada por muestreo probabilístico aleatorio obteniendo una cantidad de 108
colaboradores, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario del
modelo SL-SPC - Escala de Satisfacción Laboral para medir la Satisfacción, teniendo como
resultado que la satisfacción laborar en la empresa se encuentra en un nivel regular con un 62%,
seguida de un nivel satisfactorio con un 31.5% y un 6.5% insatisfactorio, como conclusión se
pudo determinar que las dimensiones beneficios laborales, desarrollo de personal, relaciones
sociales, mantiene un nivel de insatisfacción alto, mientras que las dimensiones condiciones
físicas y/o materiales, políticas administrativas, relación con la autoridad se encuentran en un
nivel regular y finalmente la dimensión desempeño de tareas se encuentra en un nivel
satisfactorio.. Como aporte final se puede mencionar que la empresa debe tomar medidas para
implementar procesos de mejora continua en cada uno de los procesos administrativos que
incremente el grado de satisfacción de los trabajadores.
The general objective of this research was to describe the level of job satisfaction of the collaborators in the company Granjas Amazónicas S.A. C in the year 2021, with a basic methodology, quantitative approach, descriptive level or scope and non-experimental design, with the allocation of a population of 148 employees of the company and a sample determined by random probability sampling obtaining a number of 108 employees, The technique used was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire of the SL-SPC model - Labor Satisfaction Scale to measure Satisfaction, having as results that the collaborators have a neutral opinion, where 62% are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with their work, however 31.5% are satisfied and only 6.5% are dissatisfied. 5% are dissatisfied, on the other hand, with respect to physical conditions the employees do not show a positive or negative attitude, while with respect to labor benefits the majority are dissatisfied, then with respect to administrative policies the employees have a neutral attitude, with respect to personal development most of the employees are dissatisfied, Also with respect to social relations most of the employees are dissatisfied with the attitude of their colleagues, on the other hand in relation to task performance most of the employees are satisfied and finally with respect to the relationship with authority the employees do not show a positive or negative attitude because the indicators are close to neutrality. As a final contribution it can be mentioned that the company should take measures to implement continuous improvement processes in each of the administrative processes that raise the level of satisfaction of the collaborators.
