This research deals with the structural response of the elements that make up an armed concrete superstructure, These elements in mention are columns and beams that have a united representation of aporticated elements that in their great measure have several constructions of reinforced concrete type portico throughout the region of cusco and to a large extent in our country Peru. Among the objectives of this thesis is to determine the quality in value of compressive strength F´c established by standard E060, that in hardened concrete if considers structural concrete to those structural elements that are greater than 17 mpa In the present investigation the corresponding analysis was made in the superstructures mediating sclerometry tests and verifying to a large extent non-structural concrete ie below 17 mpa in the superstructure without assistance of technical personnel unlike the other superstructure. The second objective of this research is to verify the mezzanine drifts in the two superstructures under analysis, gathering information of the specific problem number one, with the program etabs to dimension the real measurements and by means of spreadsheets in excel to determine the dynamic basal shear And period we obtain these mezzanine drifts where the superstructure with assistance of technical personnel has deficit in the direction “Y” in the second level, this not providing the expected rigidity with respect to the superstructure without assistance of technical personnel that no deficit was found. The third objective of this research is to determine the biaxial flexo compression in columns in relation demand - capacity, Gathering information of the first problem in specific and helping us with the representation of the superstructures in the etabs program and with the conditions of assisted loads that gives us the E060 standard we obtain the final result of the biaxial interaction diagram in columns with greater interaction representation where we obtain results in maximum demand and within the expected in the superstructure with technical assistance, The fourth specific problem is to verify the ductility in beams in the two superstructures under analysis, gathering information of the specific problem one and by means of spreadsheets we obtain the final ductility where the superstructure with assistance of personnel Technician has results at the eight ductility limit given by the E030 standard unlike the superstructure without assistance of technical personnel where results were found below ductility eight and found in deficit and ductility problems.
