The objective of this research was to understand how learning styles manifest and what their relationship is with academic performance and quality management in 4th and 5th semester students of the Faculty of Human Medicine Universidad Andina del Cusco 2023. Methodology applied was mixed type, correlational scope, mixed approach, nonexperimental quantitative design, qualitative ethnographic design, the study population was made up of students of the 4th and 5th semester of Human Medicine, with 152 students as the study sample and where the survey and interview were used as study techniques. Concluding that learning styles are related to academic performance and quality management with a significance of 0.002, which means according to Kendall's Tau – b that there is a moderate positive relationship with a value of 0.405; Likewise, learning styles are manifested in academic performance and quality management through theoretical and pragmatic learning that teachers use as a methodology, but for students the styles they know best are kinesic and auditory. The predominant learning style is 75% active learning. The level of academic performance is at a regular level according to 69.1%. The active, reflective, pragmatic and theoretical learning style is related to academic performance with a significance of less than 0.05. Learning styles are related to quality management with a significance of 0.000. Academic performance is related to quality management with a significance of 0.002. The students mentioned that they use the different learning styles that exist so that they can achieve and assimilate knowledge of all subjects, with pragmatic learning being the one that is most emphasized due to the work they will do before society. Students learn more with theoretical and pragmatic learning styles since their teachers apply this methodology. Quality management in students is achieved by having a good infrastructure and having good administrative management that are adapted to the professional profile in the labor market. The academic performance achieved by the students was approved, which reflects that there was efficient quality management.
