Descriptive research, quantitative, retrospective, not experimental design, transversal, observational cut according to reference and counter flow. To determine management and cross-references of obstetric patients treated at the Health Center Urubamba, Cusco 2014. Results: The sociodemographic and reproductive characteristics are: age 19-34 (47%), minimum age 14, maximum 41, average 55 and 33 fashion; grade instruction (54%), common law marriage (60%), rural residence (70%), comprehensive health insurance (100%); the contraceptive method is periodic abstinence (40%) are multiparous (52%), with institutional deliveries (92%); 50% had previous children; (72%) use public transport to go to CS Urubamba, 56% of patients identified health problem, the diagnosis is acute fetal distress (23%), personnel responsible for the reference is the doctor (62%), with laboratory tests (39%), the arrival condition stable ( 100%), the production target is emergency unit (82%), treatment with sodium chloride 9%, ambulance use (82%), hours of 24 hours, no maternal mortality, and were appropriate; Regarding the management from the level of the community, there are no such social responsibility, thus there are no references from communal agents; six contrarreferencias as cured (85%) was found, control regarding monitoring, supervision and / or evaluation of any reference is not made.
