El desempeño laboral de los trabajadores, en la Gerencia de Desarrollo Económico de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Jerónimo – 2019

Abstract

Para el presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “El Desempeño Laboral de los Trabajadores en la Gerencia de Desarrollo Económico, de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Jerónimo – 2019” se desarrolló con el objetivo de describir el desempeño de los trabajadores, cuyas dimensiones son: Desempeño de la tarea, civismo y la productividad. El tipo de la investigación es de tipo básica, con un nivel descriptivo y el diseño es no experimental. Es importante mencionar que la población de estudio es de 265 usuarios para la Gerencia de Desarrollo Económico y se determinó una muestra total de 157 usuarios, a quienes se les aplicó el instrumento de la encuesta, los resultados que se obtuvieron pasaron a ser procesados mediante el Software estadístico SPSS y Excel. Al obtener los resultados de la investigación se determinó que el Desempeño Laboral de los trabajadores de la Gerencia de Desarrollo Económico de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Jerónimo - 2019, se desarrolla de manera regular con un promedio de 3.35, en cuanto al desempeño de sus tareas los usuarios consideran que los trabajadores lo desarrollan de manera regular con un promedio de 3.34, del mismo modo el civismo también es considerado regular con un promedio de 3.28 y finalmente la productividad que los usuarios consideraron que esta buena con un promedio de 3.43. Estos resultados demuestran que la mayor parte de los usuarios no están totalmente satisfechos con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores.

For the present research work entitled “The Labor Performance of Workers in the Economic Development Management of the District Municipality of San Jerónimo - 2019“ was developed with the objective of describing the performance of workers, whose dimensions are: Performance of Homework, citizenship and productivity. The type of research is basic, with a descriptive level and the design is not experimental. It is important to mention that the study population is 265 users for the Economic Development Management Department and a total sample of 157 users was determined, to whom the survey instrument was applied, the results obtained were processed through the SPSS and Excel statistical software. Upon obtaining the results of the investigation, it was determined that the Labor Performance of the workers of the Economic Development Management of the District Municipality of San Jerónimo - 2019, is developed on a regular basis with an average of 3.35, in terms of the performance of their tasks the users consider that the workers develop it on a regular basis with an average of 3.34, in the same way civics is also considered regular with an average of 3.28 and finally the productivity that the users considered to be good with an average of 3.43. These results show that most users are not totally satisfied with the work performance of the workers.
