Desempeño laboral del personal docente de la Institución Educativa Particular Adventista Jaime White en Puerto Maldonado–Perú, 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la Institución Educativa Particular Adventista Jaime White en Puerto Maldonado, Perú, y tuvo como objetivo conocer el desempeño laboral de los docentes en dicha institución para el presente año 2017. El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental; la población en estudio estuvo constituida por ciento sesenta estudiantes del tercer, cuarto y quinto grado del nivel secundario, por lo que la muestra extraída empleando la estadística fue de 34 estudiantes; a los cuales se les aplicó una encuesta diseñada específicamente para el presente trabajo. Los resultados arrojaron que el desempeño laboral de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Particular Adventista Jaime White en Puerto Maldonado, Perú 2017 es regular, tal como lo evidencia el 52,94%de la muestra. del desempeño laboral evaluadas fueron: conocimientos, habilidades y motivación; las cuales obtuvieron una evaluación regular, esto demuestra que el desempeño laboral del personal docente en esta institución no es la esperada. Entonces teniendo estos resultados, la Institución Educativa Particular Adventista Jaime White debe enfocarse en mejorar estos aspectos con el fin de lograr estudiantes satisfechos con el servicio que reciben en este momento.

The present research work was developed in the Jaime White Adventist Private Educational Institution in Puerto Maldonado, Peru, and had as objective to know the teachers' work performance in this institution for the present year2017. The research focus was quantitative, of descriptive scope and non-experimental design; the study population was constituted by one hundred and sixty students of the third, fourth and fifth grade of the secondary level, so the sample drawn using the statistics was 34 students; to which a survey designed specifically for the present work was applied. The results showed that the job performance of the teachers of the Jaime White Adventist Private Educational Institution in Puerto Maldonado, Peru 2017 isregular, as evidenced by 52.94 percent of the sample. The dimensions of work performance evaluated were: knowledge, skills and motivation; which obtained a regular evaluation, this shows that the work performance of the teaching staff in this institution is not what was expected. So having these results, the Jaime White Adventist Private Educational Institution should focus on improving these aspects in order to achieve students satisfied with the service they receive at this time.
