Leasing Financiero en la adquisición de unidades de transporte turístico terrestre y sus efectos en la rentabilidad de la empresa operadora turística Frotier Expedition E.I.R.L. Cusco periodo 2015.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza con la finalidad de demostrar que existen varios escenarios o formas de adquirir vehículos de transporte turístico terrestre con diferentes planteamientos financieros distintos a la adquisición estrictamente al contado, este método como vamos a demostrar con el presente estudio es el que no le beneficia en absoluto a la empresa materia de la presenta investigación.

El desarrollo de esta tesis es de vital importancia puesto que sirve de referencia sustantiva para que el titular y los funcionarios tomen decisiones adecuadas y oportunas en la adquisición de vehículos de transporte turístico terrestre y no cometan el error de distraer su liquidez en la adquisición al contado como podemos demostrar aplicando la formula financiera del “valor del dinero en el tiempo” coadyuvando con un documento base, el cual ayude en la optimización de la toma de decisiones por parte de los inversionistas del rubro y afines.

El trabajo presenta los siguientes capítulos: En el Capítulo I se presenta el planteamiento de la Investigación, el problema, los objetivos, la justificación, los alcances y limitaciones de la misma. En el Capítulo II se enfocan a los aspectos teóricos referente al Leasing Financiero que la cual nos permite conocer nuevas alternativa de financiamiento para la adquisición de maquinaria, equipos, vehículos y otros bienes, que para la empresa OPERADORA TURISTICA FRONTIER EXPEDITION E.I.R.L CUSCO le es importante analizar para el financiamiento futuro de sus inversiones, dado que este tipo de decisiones afecta el capital de trabajo necesario para la continuidad del negocio.

En el Capítulo III, se presenta el tipo, método, enfoque, alcance de la investigación que se realizó así como también la población, muestra que se utilizó para ésta junto a sus técnicas y la recolección de datos. En el Capítulo IV se ofrece la interpretación de los resultados en el modelo estadístico SPSS. En el Capítulo V se presenta la discusión con los hallazgos encontrados en la investigación. La obtención de información de dicha alternativa de financiamiento, se inició con la visita a páginas WEB de diferentes entidades financieras que ofrecen en nuestro país el Leasing Financiero como opción para la adquisición de vehículos, de una compañía dedicada al ramo automotriz y de empresas dedicadas al Transporte Turístico terrestre, se tuvo acceso a informes fichas técnicas complementarios, así como cotizaciones de vehículos que forma parte de la información que se adjunta al presente trabajo de investigación.
