Objective: The objective of this research was to determine the quality of the dentistry service at the Picchu La Rinconada health center in the District of Santiago - Cusco – 2023. Methodology: This research has a descriptive scope, the following study methodology was used; quantitative type - descriptive and non-experimental design. The population was made up of patients who go to the dental area of the Picchu La Rinconada Health Center in the District of Santiago. The sample was made up of 99 patients selected randomly. The modified SERVQUAL questionnaire was applied to measure user satisfaction in satisfied and dissatisfied. For statistical analysis, graphs and frequency tables were used. Results: The results were that a percentage of dissatisfaction greater than 60%, of dissatisfaction in each of the questions, which according to the interpretation of the Minsa (30), must be improved in all areas of care, with the average being dissatisfaction percentage 72.09%. Conclusions: It is concluded that a level of satisfaction was found in the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness, which means that the services provided are careful and fast towards patients, and dissatisfaction was found in the dimensions of security of care, empathy, and tangible aspects. say that there is a lack of trust, empathy on the part of health personnel and lack of implementation in the dental service. The quality of service according to the covariates was perceived in a higher percentage by continuing patients, those with SIS, secondary level, female, 18 to 30 years of age, and users.
