The present research entitled “DYNAMIC IDENTITY IN THE FILIATION PROCESSES IN RELATION TO THE PRINCIPLE OF THE CHILD'S BEST INTEREST IN THE FAMILY COURT OF THE PROVINCE OF LA CONVENCIÓN, CUSCO, 2018-2019“, has the general objective of “Knowing and analyzing what This way, the legal institute of Dynamic Identity was treated judicially in the filiation processes, in relation to the principle of the Best Interest of the Child in the Family Court of the Province of the Convention, Cusco, 2018 - 2019 ”. The specific objectives are related to the analysis of the content and scope of the legal institute of Dynamic Identity in relation to the principle of the Best Interest of the Child and how it should be applied in the filiation processes. The research has a qualitative documentary approach of a descriptive legal type, the techniques of information collection were documentary, analysis and interviews. It was postulated as a general hypothesis, “The judicial treatment of the legal institute of dynamic identity in filiation processes in the Family Court of La Convención, Cusco, 2018 - 2019, probably did not take into account the principle of the Best Interest of the Child in all its dimension”. The discussion of the results was carried out through legal argumentation The hypotheses were validated and the main conclusion is, “The judicial treatment of the legal institute of dynamic identity in the filiation processes in the Family Court of La Convención, Cusco, did not take into account the principle of the Best Interest of the Child in all its size.
