Research title “PERSONAL AND CLINICAL PROFILE OF USERS OF THE ARTICULATED NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM IN CHILDREN FROM 6 TO 36 MONTHS, BELEMPAMPA HEALTH CENTER - CUSCO, 2019.“ OBJECTIVE: To determine the personal and clinical profile in children from 6 to 36 months, users of the articulated nutritional program, Belempampa health center - Cusco, 2019. METHODOLOGY: It is a descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional study with a population of 100 children's medical records, the instrument used was observation and the instrument is the documentary observation record. RESULTS: The general characteristics of the mother of children aged 06-36 months, users of the Articulated Nutritional Program; 49% are mothers between 18 - 30 years old; 57% are at the secondary level; 47% are housewives; 61% have incomes from 800 - 1000 soles; 49% are from 02 to 03 children. Regarding the personal profile of children from 06 to 36 months, users of the Nutritional Articulated Program, of the Belempampa Health Center, it was found that 46% of the children were 12 to 24 months old; 51% were female; 89% came from the Santiago district; 76% of the children were born by eutocic delivery and 42% are an only child. The clinical profile of the child aged 06-36 months, users of the Nutritional Articulated Program; 52% had timely full growth and development controls; 84% received exclusive breastfeeding; 92% started complementary feeding from 06 months of age; 68% received the last attention in the growth and development control service; Regarding nutritional diagnosis, 62% of weight for height is normal; 70% of height for normal age and 76% of weight for normal age; 87% have a suitable vaccine for the appropriate age, 65% have a hemoglobin result in the last exam greater than 11.0 g / dl .; 61% received a preventive micronutrient from 04 months-, 65% do not have anemia; of the minors with anemia, 21% complied with the anemia treatment; 67% if they received timely vitamin A; 54% received antiparasitic according to age; 47% of the children had from 01-03 acute respiratory infections and 48% had from 01-03 times acute diarrheal illnesses.
