The objective of this research was to identify which of the factors is causally associated with Postpartum depression in Post-pandemic Puerperal Women treated in two hospitals in the City of Cusco, 2023. The research approach was quantitative, with a causal explanatory scope and a non-explanatory design. cross-sectional experimental. The population was made up of 526 postpartum women, with a total sample of 311, of which, 140 from the Antonio Lorena Hospital and 171 from the Regional Hospital of Cusco, to whom the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale and a collection form were applied. of data. The results indicated that at the Antonio Lorena Hospital 12.1% had a risk of postpartum depression and 87.9% had no risk of postpartum depression, and at the Cusco Regional Hospital 9.9% had a risk of postpartum depression and 90.1% had no risk. of postpartum depression of the total number of respondents. In conclusion, it was evident that age, economic dependence, history of depression in the family, obstetric complications, type of cesarean delivery, family affective factor and psychological abuse factor are significantly associated with postpartum depression in post-pandemic postpartum women. in two hospitals in the city of Cusco, 2023.
