Sistema nacional de abastecimiento y ejecución de proyectos de inversión pública por administración directa en la Municipalidad Provincial de Chumbivilcas – Cusco 2022.

Abstract

El presente estudio está basado en la relación que existe entre el Sistema Nacional de Abastecimiento y la ejecución de proyectos de inversión pública por administración directa en el municipio provincial de Chumbivilcas. Es por ello que la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Sistema Nacional de Abastecimiento y la ejecución de proyectos, utilizando el enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional, en cuanto a la población son 60 colaboradores que trabajan en la ejecución de proyectos de inversión a quienes se les realizo una encuesta, la cual concluye con lo siguiente: que en el municipio provincial de Chumbivilcas el Sistema Nacional de Abastecimiento tiene una relación positiva alta de 0.682 con la ejecución de proyectos de inversión pública por administración directa, la programación multianual de bienes, servicios y obras tiene una relación positiva alta de 0.728 con la ejecución de proyectos, la gestión de adquisiciones tiene una relación positiva moderada de 0.568 con la ejecución de proyectos, y la administración de bienes tiene una relación positiva alta de 0.685 con la ejecución de proyectos, según los resultados obtenidos al 95% de confianza se afirma que el Sistema Nacional de Abastecimiento se relaciona con la ejecución de proyectos de inversión pública por administración directa en el municipio provincia de Chumbivilcas.

The present study is based on the relationship that exists between the National Supply System and the execution of public investment projects by direct administration in the provincial municipality of Chumbivilcas. That is why the objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the National Supply System and the execution of projects, using the quantitative approach, with a non- experimental design and correlational scope, in terms of the population are 60 collaborators who work in the execution of investment projects to whom a survey was carried out, which concludes with the following: that in the provincial municipality of Chumbivilcas the National Supply System has a high positive relationship of 0.682 with the execution of public investment projects by direct administration, the multi-year programming of goods, services and works has a high positive relationship of 0.728 with the execution of projects, the acquisition management has a moderate positive relationship of 0.568 with the execution of projects, and the Goods administration has a high positive relationship of 0.685 with the execution of projects, with the results obtained at 95% reliability it is affirmed that the National Supply System is related to the execution of public investment projects by direct administration in the provincial municipality of Chumbivilcas.
