Abstract: El presente trabajo de tesis titulado “ANÁLISIS DEL FLUJO VEHICULAR EN
The present thesis work entitled "ANALYSIS OF VEHICULAR FLOW IN NONSIGNAL INTERSECTIONS OF THE DISTRICT OF SAN SEBASTIÁN" Cusco - San Sebastián consists of analysts using the highway capacity manual according to the methodology of unsignalized intersections (TWSC). The study of 3 non-signalized intersections was carried out for the analysis according to chapter 20 Two Way Stop Controller Intersections (TWSC) of the HCM 2016 Highway Capacity Manual. For an analysis of the vehicular flow assigned to the turns of greater demand, as well as the turns most critical. Using the equations according to utility of the manual in which it represents a significant difference between the major streets and the minor streets analyzed and their critical results obtained according to the service levels (NS) found, which is why several turns are shared with a single exit and entry at the 3 intersections, for which a fieldwork was carried out. The vehicle gauging was carried out for a period of 2 hours in the morning, afternoon and night, for periods of 15 minutes on the days (Tuesday 12, Thursday 14 and Saturday 16 October) according to peak hours that exist within the road corridor of the San Sebastián district Traffic delays according to the vehicle volume will require geometric changes in the main road which to mitigate conflicts of proposing to cancel the intersections without signal lights due to the amount of presence of traffic lights on the road at the intersections and it is recommended to enable returns of non-congested use within from the corridor to the extension Av. la cultura that accumulate amount of delay thus leaving better effectiveness in the vehicular flow
