In this thesis the vulnerability to the contamination of the Piñipampa aquifer in the SEDACUSCO pumping stations was investigated, using two methods: DRASTIC and GOD. Both methods required different parameters for its application, according to this different aquifer characteristics were determined such as: Piezometric Level, Type of Aquifer, Aquifer Lithology, Aquifer Ceiling Lithology, Soil Type, Hydraulic Conductivity, and Recharge. Different methods were applied to determine each parameter, which required adverse data to those already mentioned, such as: Pluviometric and Temperature Series of the last 30 years, Base infiltration and apparent densities. Applying the methods, a high vulnerability covering 100% of the study area was determined in both methods, after which the results were compared with the evolution of the aquifer contamination with respect to the physico-chemical parameters that it had from 2010 to the 2018, these being mostly minimal, concluding that the piñipampa aquifer in the EPS SEDA-CUSCO, if it has vulnerability, but has not until now important pollutants within its environment.
