The study entitled: LIFESTYLES OF STUDENTS AT THE INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA JOSÉ OLAYA BALANDRA DE NINAMARCA, PAUCARTAMBO, CUSCO -2021. Objective: To determine the lifestyles of students from the José Olaya Balandra de Ninamarca Educational Institution, Paucartambo, Cusco -2021. The methodology was descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional, a population of 68 adolescents were considered to whom a structured questionnaire on lifestyles was applied. The adaptation of the structured PEPS-I lifestyle questionnaire by Nola Pender was used as a base instrument. Within the general characteristics of the students of the José Olaya Balandra De Ninamarca Educational Institution, Paucartambo, Cusco -2021, it was found that: 62.5% of students are female, 60.8% are between 11 and 14 years old, 26.6 % are in the second grade of secondary education. Regarding lifestyles, the most outstanding dimensions were; nutrition, responsibility, interpersonal support and activities and exercises, where more than 50% represents a regular lifestyle showing that lifestyles do not achieve the optimum desired, on the other hand the self-realization dimension shows 45.3% a regular lifestyle; on the other hand, there is a bad lifestyle in the dimensions interpersonal support with 37.5% and responsibility with 23.4%, with less than 14% being the dimensions nutrition, activity and exercises, finally self-realization, showing that students are aware that they must have an adequate lifestyle for their personal development.
