Percepción de la andropausia de los adultos mayores del Centro Integral del Adulto Mayor (CIAM), Wánchaq-Cusco; 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, cuyo título “PERCEPCIÓN DE LA ANDROPAUSIA DE LOS ADULTOS MAYORES DEL CENTRO INTEGRAL DEL ADULTO MAYOR (CIAM), WANCHAQ, CUSCO - 2020”, tuvo como Objetivo General Analizar la Percepción de la Andropausia de los Adultos Mayores Varones del Centro de Integral del Adulto Mayor (CIAM), Wanchaq, Cusco - 2020; la metodología que se utilizó en la investigación fue de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo fenomenológico y enfoque cualitativo; donde la población a estudiar fueron 50 adultos mayores del Centro Integral del Adulto Mayor (CIAM) y el tamaño de muestra para el estudio fue de 15 participantes adultos mayores todos ellos varones. La técnica para la recolección de información se aplicó la entrevista a profundidad y como instrumento se empleó la guía de entrevista con la cual se obtuvo una información verídica de la unidad de análisis. Los resultados hallados nos muestran la Percepción de la Andropausia del Centro Integral del Adulto Mayor (CIAM), los entrevistados mencionan encontrarse en la andropausia con sentimientos de tristeza, frustración, cansancio emocional, menor deseo sexual con su pareja, mayor riesgo de sufrir depresión, poca eyaculación y en muchas ocasiones molestia.

The present research work, entitled “ “ANDROPAUSE PERCEPTION OF THE ELDERLY ADULTS OF INTEGRAL CENTER OF ELDERLY ADULT (CIAM), WANCHAQ, CUSCO - 2020”, had as its General objective to analyze the Perception of Andropause in Older Men from the Integral Center for the Elderly (CIAM), Wanchaq, Cusco - 2020; the methodology used in the research was of a basic type, descriptive, phenomenological and qualitative level ; where the population to study was 50 CIAM older adults and the sample size for the study was 15 older men interviewed. The technique for collecting information was applied in-depth interview and as an instrument, the interview guide was used to get truthful information from the unit of analysis. The results found show us that the perception of andropause of the Integral Center for the Elderly (CIAM) than most of those interviewed mention that they have already reached the age of andropause which makes them feel sadness, frustration, emotional exhaustion, decreased sexual desire with their partners, higher risk of depression, lower level of ejaculation and in many cases anger.
