La seguridad ciudadana y la incidencia en las empresas turísticas del barrio típico de San Blas-Cusco 2017.

Abstract

El aumento de la inseguridad ciudadana constituye uno de los principales problemas que enfrenta cada ciudad, también es considerado uno de los principales obstáculos para el desarrollo y mejoramiento de la población y la calidad de vida de los mismos. Este problema que parece incontrolable debe estar incluido dentro de las políticas del Estado como uno de los principales problemas a solucionar y deben estar desconcentrados los poderes a los gobiernos locales dándoles las autonomías necesarias a fin de que actúen libremente con los mecanismos y herramientas oportunamente.

El objetivo para la elaboración del presente trabajo fue determinar la incidencia de seguridad ciudadana en las empresas turísticas del Barrio Típico de San Blas Cusco 2017.

La metodología utilizada fue de nivel descriptivo, para lo cual se realizó las encuestas a diferentes agencias de viajes y turismo, hoteles, bares y galerías de artesanías, se hizo la entrevista a los gerentes y administradores.

La hipótesis planteada fue que la seguridad afecta medianamente a las empresas turísticas del barrio típico de San Blas, comprobándose mediante los resultados obtenidos.

Se recomienda a las empresas turísticas, mejoramiento de seguridad e implementación de cámaras de videos, brindar una capacitación permanente a los trabajadores, gerentes o administradores que estén vinculados al turismo para el desarrollo de la seguridad de su empresa.

Increasing citizen insecurity is one of the main problems facing each city; it is also considered one of the main obstacles to the development and improvement of the population and the quality of life of them. This problem that seems uncontrollable must be included within the policies of the State as one of he main problems to be solved and the powers should be devolved to the local governments giving them the necessary autonomies so that they act freely with the mechanisms and tools in a timely manner.

The objective for the elaboration of the present work was to determine the incidence of citizen security in the tourist enterprises of the Typical District of San Blas Cusco 2017

The methodology used was descriptive level, for which the surveys were conducted to different travel and tourism agencies, hotels, bars and craft galleries, the interview was made to managers and administrators.

The hypothesis was that security affects the tourist businesses in the typical neighborhood of San Blas, verified by the results obtained.

It is recommended that tourism companies, security enhancement and implementation of video cameras, provide permanent training to workers, managers or administrators who are linked to tourism to develop the security of your company.
