The present research work consisted in the evaluation of the influence of the implementation of the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodology over time during the finishing stage of the work "Torre Castella" executed by the construction company Grupo Degol SAC in the year 2021 in the district of San Jerónimo, province of Cusco and region of Cusco. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the implementation of the Virtual Design and Construction methodology over time during the finishing stage of the "Torre Castella" work. The methodology covered in this research has a quantitative approach of the descriptive, hypothetical-deductive type, whose methodological design is non-experimental with a transversal nature. In order to achieve the objectives and validate the hypotheses proposed, the data was collected in the field through our formats designed for that purpose, where the percentage of the PPC plan fulfilled per week, the restrictions of each activity and the causes of non-compliance were obtained. According to the evaluation of the implementation, the results obtained were that the work "Torre Castella" was completed 14 days before the initial schedule, with the implementation of the ICE Sessions, the release of 82% of restrictions was obtained, which contributed to achieving On average, an 83% Percentage of PPC Plan Fulfilled, which guarantees the reliability of the planning, control, and monitoring of activities, and finally, the virtual BIM models were made with a level of detail of LOD 300.
