The objective of this research is to determine the bearing capacity of the soil based on the results of the parameters of resistance, cohesion (c) and internal friction angle (Φ) obtained by the standard penetration test (SPT) and the Triaxial type test. (UU) in unconsolidated condition not drained which were carried out in the accredited laboratories of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnics. GEOIN Geotecnia & Ingenieros EIRL (Triaxial Test - Puerto Maldonado) tests were evaluated to find the bearing and admissible capacity of said soil using the methodology that allows us differentiate the results in relation to the parameters obtained in the tests, thus generating a greater degree of reliability based on the results obtained by this thesis at the time of starting a construction of a building for the population of the APV Sol Naciente in Alto Qosqo San Sebastian - Cusco. The shear strength parameters "c" and "Φ" were obtained from the major and minor principal stresses of the unconsolidated undrained Triaxial test (UU) adjusted with the Mohr-Coulomb linear failure criterion. The “c” was slightly higher in the Triaxial test than the value obtained in the Standard Penetration test (SPT), likewise the “Φ” was found to be greater in an approximate of 54.94% of the 3 exploration points, the results obtained from the Admissible capacity using the TERZAGHI and MERYERHOF equations resulted in high values by the Meyerhof method, therefore, taking the results obtained by Terzagui's method as it is the most conservative. Resulting for pit 1, Qadm. = 6.71 kg / cm2 in the SPT and Qadm test. = 2.08 kg / cm2 in the Triaxial test, for the 2 Qadm test pit. = 3.79 kg / cm2 in the SPT and Qadm test. = 2.08 kg / cm2 in the Triaxial test and finally a Qadm for test pit 3. = 4.08 kg / cm2 for the SPT and Qadm test. = 2.18 kg / cm2 for the Triaxial test, a significant difference was found with respect to the values of "c" and "Φ". For the SPT test in the pits the “c” = 0 kg / cm2 and “Φ” = 32°, 29 ° and 30 ° respectively and for the Triaxial test the “c” = 0.15; 0.18; 0.165 kg / cm2 and "Φ" = 17 °, 16 ° and 17 °. Concluding that the results obtained by the Triaxial test are more reliable than the standard penetration test (SPT), because they are more precise and there is not much difference in the results obtained between the test pits studied for the type of soil studied in this thesis.
