The objective of this research is to perform a comparative analysis of compressive strength in concrete blocks, adding Microsilice. This is for the purpose of converting NP type units (non bearing) into P type units (bearing) according to the resistance indicated by the E.070 standard - Masonryx, of the National Building Regulations. For this purpose, 06 samples of concrete blocks chosen at random were tested in the bloquetera of the Wanchaq district of Cusco city, in order to probe the compressive strength of these units. When observing that they did not arrive with the minimum resistance to be considered NP type units (non bearing), a modification in weight of the dosage was made in 03 stages, making a total of 09 units of concrete blocks until obtaining units type NP (f'b =20 kgf / cm2 ). Then a total amount of 75 units of masonry concrete blocks with the Number 03 dosage and the addition in different weight percentages of the cement, of which was obtained: 15 units of masonry without the addition of Microsilice and 60 units. of masonry with the addition of Microsilice in different percentages of weight of the cement: 15 specimens with 5%, 15 specimens with 10%, 15 specimens with 15% and 15 specimens with 20%, which subsequently were subjected to stress tests of axial compression, in the laboratory of the Andean University of Cusco - Professional School of Civil Engineering, taking into account the periods of maturity control of concrete at: 7, 14, 21, 28 and 56 days. The results obtained were analyzed and evaluated in detail to determine the influence that the Microsilice has on the concrete blocks. Where it was finally observed that the addition of 15% of Microsilice by weight of the cement, the axial compressive strength exceeded 50 kgf / cm2, which according to the E.070 standard - Masonry of the National Building Regulations, are considered as P type concrete blocks (bearing), thus achieving the obtaining of bearing units in the city of Cusco.
