The research carried out in the District Municipality of San Pedro in the period 2023 aimed to describe the ergonomics of administrative collaborators. The quantitative research approach was used with a non-experimental descriptive scope, with a non-probabilistic sampling of 50 workers. It was concluded that ergonomics in the Municipality is not very adequate, with an average of 3.42, which implies that the majority of employees consider that the ergonomic conditions are not very adequate for the performance of their duties. Regarding its dimensions, geometric ergonomics obtained an average of 3.39 indicating an unsatisfactory adequacy, environmental ergonomics obtained an average of 3.12 also considered unsuitable, temporal ergonomics had an average of 3.38 again classified as unsuitable, Organizational ergonomics obtained an average of 3.79, considered adequate. These findings highlight the need to implement improvements in all dimensions of ergonomics to promote a healthier and more efficient work environment in the District Municipality of San Pedro.
