Auditoría de desempeño en la ejecución de proyectos de inversión pública en la gerencia de desarrollo social de la Municipalidad Provincial de Quispicanchi Urcos 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación está orientada a una Auditoría de Desempeño procurando describir la ejecución física-financiera respecto al cumplimiento de metas para el periodo 2020 de los dos Proyectos de Inversión Pública administrados por la Gerencia de Desarrollo Social de la Municipalidad Provincial de Quispicanchi, para ello se tuvo como objetivo determinar la auditoria de desempeño de los Proyectos de Inversión Pública ejecutados por la Gerencia de Desarrollo Social de la Municipalidad Provincial de Quispicanchi Urcos en el periodo 2020, siguiendo un diseño metodológico descriptivo, cuantitativo, no experimental, realizado en el contexto del Sector Público, la recolección de la información resultante se realizó de informes y expediente técnico de 2 proyectos ejecutados por la Gerencia de Desarrollo Social de la Municipalidad Provincial de Quispicanchi en el 2020, llegando a concluir que, la auditoria de desempeño de los proyectos de inversión pública de la Gerencia de Desarrollo Social es inadecuado para el periodo 2020, debido a que la ejecución financiera – física, tiene una eficacia deficiente, así mismo, la ejecución financiera tiene una eficiencia buena, en tanto que la ejecución de dichos Proyectos de Inversión no es económica, a pesar, de que los bienes y servicios cumplen con estándares y certificaciones de calidad.
