The present research deals with the financing of movable assets, vehicles through the so-called collective funds that have been offered in the last time in the market by several companies that promote this type of financial instrument, under the premise of its lower cost (zero interest) And only a registration fee and reduced commissions. Opportunities seem favorable compared to any other type of financing, the research will analyze the real credit conditions obtained by the beneficiaries of these so-called “boards“. This type of credit offers, under a contract, conditions of access to the purchase of a vehicle in a direct and easily accessible way; The investigation analyzes whether the conditions are those offered and offers an analysis against conventional financial bank loans in terms of time, annual effective interest rates, fees charged, insurance as well as time of execution of the same to qualify the conditions offered. The conclusions will allow to know if this type of financing really fulfills the offered conditions and facilities. The main objective of this paper is to compare the cost of financing through companies managing collective funds in comparison to the traditional loans offered by the banking system. DESIGN METHODOLOGY: The type of study is not experimental; as the cost of traditional financing and the cost of financing through collective funds is observed. POPULATION AND SAMPLE: The population must be constituted by the company managing collective funds PANDERO S.A. EAFC. In the city of Cusco. PROCEDURE AND RESULTS: Obtaining and recording the data collection to the study of the system of PANDERO S.A. EAFC., Vehicle Loan System, and the Traditional Loan, these were submitted to an analysis that allowed to determine the causes that led to the study, and to determine the best alternative of solution. The research carried out allows determining the cost of financing through the collective funds managed by PANDERO S.A. EAFC.; Establishing that when the financing is offered, consumers are not correctly informed of the total costs incurred in applying this type of financial instrument; Likewise, there is no adequate information related to the collateral guarantees that must be constituted by the associate to be able to adjudicate the good once it has been favored under the modality of draw or auction.
