In the province of Convención, Maranura district, it is observed that the production of structural concrete f'c 210 kg / cm2, is done with aggregate concrete (rolled) and in an empirical way; those dedicated to the field of construction mention that they reach resistances to a f'c 210 kg / cm 2, where there is no quality control that certifies these results. For the test of the resistance that is reached with aggregate concrete the elaboration of the concrete that carried out in the zone was replicated, where values smaller than f'c 210 kg/ cm2 with averages of f'c 157.83 kg / cm2 were obtained. Therefore, the present research work has as objective to elaborate a concrete f'c 210 kg /cm2 with aggregate classified that is to say fine aggregate and coarse aggregate, from the evaluation of its properties, the comparison with the norms, election of The laves that will be evaluated. For the selection of the laves that were evaluated for the extraction of the aggregates, an evaluation card was made in situ according to its accessibility, years of extraction, commercialization and the treatment that is done to the aggregates; The selected laves were Santa Maria and Paqcha Uchumayo. The physical, mechanical (abrasion wear test, magnesium sulphate durability test) of the aggregates according to ASTM C-33, which provides the general requirements, where the two laves meet the parameters established by rule. When making the concrete with aggregate classified as thick aggregate and fine aggregate according to the method of ACI 211.1, it was obtained resistance greater than f'c 210 kg / cm2 with averages of f'c 305.95 kg / cm2 . The dosage obtained for an m3 with classified aggregate is 8,638 bags of cement, 0.416 of fine aggregate, 0.624 m3 of coarse aggregate and 0.210 m3 of water with a cost of371.50 soles, compared to a concrete made with aggregate concrete that is of 6.5 bags of cement, 0.643m3 of aggregate concrete and 0.174 m3 of water with cost of 286.51.
