Gestión de adquisiciones en la gerencia de administración de la Municipalidad Provincial de Tacna – 2020

Abstract

El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal describir la gestión de adquisiciones en la Gerencia de Administración de la Municipalidad Provincial de Tacna – 2020. En la metodología se consideró como una investigación de tipo básica, el nivel de investigación es descriptiva de diseño no experimental, y la población de estudio está constituida por 50 colaboradores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Tacna, la técnica de recolección de datos ha sido la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario, datos que han sido procesados con ayuda del programa SPSS y Excel las cuales se presentan mediante tablas y figuras. Respecto a los resultados, la variable gestión de adquisiciones se obtuvo un promedio de 2.81, lo que indica que la gestión es “regular”, así mismo se puede observar que la dimensión contratación tiene promedio de 2.74 lo que indica que es regular, por lo que se entiende que falta difundir la normatividad vigente a fin de que sea de conocimiento de todo servidores involucrado en el proceso de compras; sobre la dimensión registro tiene promedio de 2.91 siendo esta regular en la Municipalidad Provincial de Tacna, lo que indica que falta mejorar el procedimiento del devengado de acuerdo a la entrega de bienes o cumplimiento del servicio para el pago correspondiente oportunamente y apreciándose que falta mejorar la presentación de información relacionada a los saldos existentes en almacén para conocimiento de las diferentes áreas, debiendo efectuar las acciones correctivas necesarias; finalmente, la dimensión gestión de contratos se tiene un promedio de 2.80 lo que significa que son regulares, observando que aún falta mejorar los procedimientos para una eficiente ejecución contractual, debiendo establecer los correctivos para su mejora.

The development of this research work had as its main objective to describe the management of acquisitions in the Administration Management of the Provincial Municipality of Tacna - 2020. In the methodology it was considered as a basic type of research, the level of research is descriptive of design non-experimental, and the study population is constituted by 50 collaborators of the Provincial Municipality of Tacna, the data collection technique has been the survey with its instrument the questionnaire, data that have been processed with the help of the SPSS and Excel program which They are presented in tables and figures. Regarding the results, the acquisition management variable obtained an average of 2.81, which indicates that the management is “regular“, likewise it can be observed that the contracting dimension has an average of 2.74, which indicates that it is regular, therefore that it is understood that it is necessary to disseminate the current regulations so that it is known by all servers involved in the purchasing process; On the registry dimension, it has an average of 2.91, being this regular in the Provincial Municipality of Tacna, which indicates that it is necessary to improve the accrual procedure according to the delivery of goods or fulfillment of the service for the corresponding payment in a timely manner and appreciating that it is necessary to improve the presentation of information related to the existing balances in the warehouse for knowledge of the different areas, having to carry out the necessary corrective actions; Finally, the contract management dimension has an average of 2.80, which means that they are regular, observing that there is still a need to improve the procedures for an efficient contractual execution, and corrective measures must be established for their improvement.
