Efecto cicatrizante de Crotón Lechleri en incisión lineal vertical, en encía, de cavia porcellus porcellus linnaeus Cusco – 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación consistió en determinar el efecto cicatrizante del Crotón Lechleri, realizando una incisión lineal vertical, en encía de Cavia Porcellus Porcellus Linnaeus. Tiene como objetivo principal, la innovación del uso de plantas medicinales para el tratamiento en la odontología. Se observó clínicamente los efectos cicatrizantes del Crotón Lechleri, recolectando los datos obtenidos de 20 animales de Cavia Porcellus Porcellus Linnaeus; divididas en dos grupos, un grupo experimental de 10 especímenes y el otro grupo control de 10 especímenes, de tal manera que al realizar el Análisis Clínico se obtuvo una comparación determinando; si existe o no una mayor cicatrización en un tiempo específico, dando un porcentaje del 100% de cicatrización en el grupo experimental a las 96 horas, mientras que en el grupo control se vio un 100% de cicatrización a las 168 horas; obteniendo una relación significativa en el tiempo de cicatrización y el efecto que este tiene. Luego de Efectuar la evaluación comparativa, análisis y procesamiento de los resultados obtenidos, se logró corroborar la Hipótesis General, determinándose que el Crotón Lechleri posee propiedades cicatrizantes gracias a la composición de la Taspina, Así mismo no se presentaron complicaciones con relación al grupo control, la cicatrización fue en un periodo normal y no se observó presencia de exudado, demostrando así el objetivo general de la presente investigación.

The present work of investigation consisted in determiner the healing effect of the Lechleri Croton, by making a vertical linea incision, in the gum of Cavia Porcellus Porcellus Linnaeus. De main objective is the innovation of the use of medicinal plants for treatment in dentistry. The cicatrising effects of Croton Lechleri were observed clinically, collecting the data obtained from 20 animals of Cavia Porcellus Porcellus Linnaeus; divided into two groups, an experimental group of 10 specimens and the other control group of 10 specimens, after performing the Clinical Analysis a comparison was obtained determininate; whether or not there is greater scarring at a specific time, giving a 100% healing rate in the experimental group at 96 hours, while in the control group 100% healing was seen at 168 hours; obtaining a significant relationship in the time of healing and the effect it has. After carrying out the comparative evaluation, analysis and processing of the results obtained, it was possible to corroborate the General Hypothesis, determining that the Lechleri Croton has healing properties thanks to the composition of the Taspina. Likewise, there were no complications in relation to the control group, the healing was in a normal period and with no presence of exudate, thus demonstrating the general objective of the present investigation.
