Eficacia de las medidas de protección personal en los casos de violencia familiar otorgados por la subprefectura distrital de Tambopata, periodo 2020-2022

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “Eficacia de las medidas de protección personal en los casos de violencia familiar otorgados por la Subprefectura distrital de Tambopata, periodo 2020-2022”, a través del otorgamiento de garantías personales que protege la integridad de las personas ante situaciones de peligro. En el Capítulo I: Introducción, se expone el problema, objetivos y se explica la justificación y se precisa la delimitación del tema de estudio. En el Capítulo II: Marco teórico, se citan los antecedentes, bases teóricas, marco conceptual, hipótesis y las categorías de estudio. En el Capítulo III: Método, desarrolla las cuestiones metodológicas como el diseño, tipo de investigación cualitativa, escenario temporal y las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos. En el Capítulo IV: Desarrollo temático, se estructura por los: Subcapítulos I: Medidas de Protección Personal; Subcapítulo II: Violencia familiar, Subcapítulo III: Prefectura Regional y finalmente el Subcapítulo IV: Garantías personales en casos de violencia familiar contra de las mujeres o integrantes del grupo familiar. En el Capítulo V: Resultado y Análisis de hallazgos de la presente tesis. Por último, las conclusiones y las recomendaciones.

This thesis entitled "Effectiveness of personal protection measures in cases of family violence granted by the Prefecture of Tambopata, period 2020- 2022", through the granting of personal guarantees that protects the integrity of people in situations of danger. In Chapter I: Introduction, the problem, objectives and explains the justification and specifies the delimitation of the subject of study. In Chapter II: Theoretical framework, the background, theoretical bases, conceptual framework, hypothesis and categories of study are cited. In Chapter III: Method, it develops methodological issues such as design, type of qualitative research, temporal scenario and data collection techniques and instruments. In Chapter IV: Thematic Development, it is structured by: Subchapters I: Personal Protection Measures; Subchapter II: Family violence, Subchapter III: Regional Prefecture and finally Subchapter IV: Personal guarantees in cases of domestic violence against women or members of the family group. In Chapter V: Result and Analysis of findings of this thesis. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations.
