The present study "PERCEPTION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN WORKERS OF THE SURGICAL CENTER OF ANTONIO LORENA CUSCO HOSPITAL, 2019." It had as objective to describe the perception of the organizational climate in workers of the surgical center of the Antonio Lorena Cusco hospital, 2019. It was a descriptive study and transversal, performing 51 workers of the surgical center. Arriving at the results: 51% are personal in nursing, 49% of workers are between 40 and 49 years old, 94.2% are female, and 62.7% are workers who are more than 5 to 15 years old. 68.6% of the workers perceive that the rules and regulations at the institutional level are excessive, 74.5% the individual responsibility indicates that they are excessive, 39.2% the interdisciplinary group the workers feel that they are threatening, 39.2% the driving of a work group feels little challenging, 43.1% work experience is a lot, 49.0% there are conflicts with the leader, 58.8% cooperation and solidarity is low, 39.2%, it is covered to regulate their expectations, 39.2% interpersonal relationships are indifferent, 54.9% have a regular disposition, 43.1% the performance evaluation system among members of the health team is excessive and 39.2% feel little pride of belonging to your institution.
