We frequently see the labor insertion of minor workers in activities that are often dangerous or harmful to their personal integrity; this phenomenon has been socioculturally normalized. The present investigation “The lack of authorization and supervision by SUNAFIL as a conditional factor in the violation of the labor rights of minors in the commercial sector of Huancaro, District of Santiago-Cusco in the year 2022.” It was done with the objective of determining which labor rights are violated by minors in the commercial sector due to lack of authorization and supervision by SUNAFIL in the Huancaro sector, Santiago-Cusco District in the year 2022. This research uses a qualitative descriptive inductive approach with a retrospective design. Despite there being many labor regulations that protect minors from labor exploitation, international and national organizations, public and private institutions have not yet seen concrete results, the objectives set and committed by the workers have not been met with satisfaction. governments in power.
