This thesis seeks to evaluate the level of knowledge about pediatric patient management and approach techniques of graduates of the Professional School of Stomatology of the Universidad Andina del Cusco, Cusco - 2021. The general objective was to assess the level of knowledge about management techniques and approach of the pediatric patient of the graduates of the Professional School of Stomatology of the Universidad Andina del Cusco, Cusco - 2021. The methodology contemplated the quantitative approach with an applied research type, descriptive, nonexperimental, observational and cross-sectional design. A non-random sample of 130 graduates considered from 2016 to 2020 was considered. The techniques used were the survey and direct observation, the instrument used was a survey to assess the level of knowledge and use of nonpharmacological approach techniques in children, with a KR-20 value of 0.668 reliability. The results showed that the knowledge of the graduates from 2016 to 2020 regarding management techniques and approach of the pediatric patient was regular with a percentage of 69.2%, that there is a significant association between knowledge and sex (p = 0.021), and that the level of knowledge proved to be regular in the age range of <= 23 (26.2%), for which it was concluded that knowledge about management techniques and approach to pediatric patients was good in the 2016 graduates and it was decreasing until the year 2020 where it was classified as regular.
