The present investigation entitled: "Parental Alienation Syndrome and Violation of the best interest of the Child and Adolescent at a psychological level in the province of Canchis 2022", requires a comprehensive study, therefore, a priority aspect on the part of the state and the society. In this understanding, the problem was raised, to what extent the Parental Alienation Syndrome violates the best interests of the child and adolescent at a psychological level?, and had as Main Objective: To determine if the parental alienation syndrome violates the best interests of the childand adolescent at a psychological level, which is why it must be taken into account within the legal system in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the best interest of the child and adolescent; and ensure the development and well-being of the minor. Likewise, appreciating a growing demand in the violation of the best interest of the child and adolescent, it becomes relevant to determine the levels of psychological affectation as a result of the Parental Alienation Syndrome, where barriers are built by the parents themselves in order to prevent or hinder the relationshipof the other father or mother with their children, producing serious damage to the well-being anddevelopment of the child or adolescent who suffers it. The hypothesis is based on the fact that the Parental Alienation Syndrome considerably violates the best interest of the child and adolescent at a psychological level. In this understanding, I consider that there are no clear and specific criteria on this problem. Thisreveals the importance that it has been acquiring; which allows us to develop the present investigation, with the purpose that the operators of the law have technical and legal tools to identify if we are violating the best interest of the child and adolescent and affecting their psychological state, and what measures can be adopted to avoid more cases of psychological affectation in minors as a consequence of parental alienation syndrome. Concluding that the parental alienation syndrome significantly influences the principle of the best interests of the child and adolescent, for a reason that according to the application of the instrument gave us as a result that 80% of the respondents agree that the SAP it violates the best interest of the child and adolescent and 87% consider that it should be regulated in the child andadolescent code.
