Control de inventarios y gestión de almacenes en la Empresa Corporación Daylum S.A.C. Cusco periodo 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Control de Inventarios y Gestión de Almacenes en la Empresa Corporacion Daylum S.A.C., Cusco periodo 2019”, tiene como problema general ¿ En qué medida el control de inventarios se relaciona con la gestión de almacenes en la empresa Corporación Daylum S.A.C. de Cusco periodo 2019? y como objetivo general, Determinar la relación entre el control de inventarios y la gestión de almacenes en la empresa Corporación Daylum S.A.C., de Cusco periodo 2019, las características metodológicas utilizadas son de tipo de investigación aplicada con un enfoque cuantitativo, teniendo como alcance descriptivo-correlacional. En la presente investigación se demuestra la hipótesis general el control de inventarios se relaciona significativamente con la gestión de almacenes en la empresa Corporación Daylum S.A.C. de Cusco periodo 2019 hallando que; en vista que el valor de r de Pearson es = 0,719 tomando en cuenta la valoración que propone Hernández Sampieri (2018) se tiene que la correlación es positiva considerable. Además, que el valor de p = 0,019 que es menor a 0,05 nos indica que la relación es significativa. Se evaluó la relación que tienen ambas variable y el grado de importancia que cumple cada una de ellas respecto al estudio realizado lo cual nos demuestra que los resultados obtenidos por medio del cuestionario aplicado a los trabajadores es que ambos Factores se relacionan de manera directa y de forma positiva, lo cual nos conllevaría a pensar que la empresa cuenta con un excelente manejo en tema de inventarios, pero teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos del año estudiado demuestran inconsistencia con lo mencionado con los trabajadores, es por eso que se necesitan identificar las características del control de inventarios así como describir la gestión de almacenes para poder tener el principal problema en ambas variables. El análisis de los resultados obtenidos permitió llegar a la siguiente conclusión: Evaluando los resultados favorables después de realizar el estudio e investigación del problema de la empresa, se concluye que la empresa Corporación Daylum S.A.C., cuenta con un regular control de inventarios, el cual podría verse mejorado si se contara con una excelente gestión de almacenes, pero la relación que se maneja entre estos dos factores cumple un rol importante para la rentabilidad de la empresa.

The relationship between both variables and the degree of importance that each one of them fulfills with respect to the study carried out was evaluated, which shows us that the results obtained through the questionnaire applied to the workers is that both factors are directly and indirectly related. positively, which would lead us to think that the company has excellent inventory management, but taking into account the results obtained for the year studied show inconsistency with what was mentioned with the workers, that is why it is necessary to identify the characteristics of inventory control as well as describing warehouse management in order to have the main problem in both variables. The analysis of the results obtained allowed us to reach the following conclusion: Evaluating the favorable results after carrying out the study and investigation of the company's problem, it is concluded that the company Corporación Daylum S.A.C., has a regular inventory control, which could be improved if it had excellent warehouse management, but The relationship that is managed between these two factors plays an important role for the profitability of the company.
